Key Responsibilities include leading software teams, defining roadmaps, driving modern practices, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 6+ years leading multiple software engineering teams.
• Executive leadership experience in large enterprise tech programs.
• Strong background in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams delivering enterprise digital solutions.
• Define and execute long-term technology strategy and modernization roadmaps.
• Oversee design, development, deployment, and support of scalable digital apps.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to prioritize investments.
• Drive Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery practices.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, security, and data protection compliance.
• Lead large-scale technology transformation including cloud migrations.
• Manage budgets, resources, vendor relations, and investments.
• Foster innovation, talent development, accountability, and excellence.
