Job summary

K&L Gates seeks a strategic leader to direct the Digital & Technology Strategy & Execution function in its Austin, TX office. You will partner with the CDTO, oversee the PMO and BRM teams, and translate strategy into disciplined delivery across technology initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating roadmaps, governance, budgeting and KPI reporting, and ensuring value realization across the firm. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or related field.
• 10+ years in technology strategy, delivery, or operations leadership with PMO or portfolio responsibility.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams; experience in professional services or legal environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the CDTO's strategic priorities from decision through to measurable completion.
• Translate strategy and roadmaps into coordinated plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Lead the PMO and BRM teams, establishing governance and delivery methodologies.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio, including intake, prioritization, sequencing and benefits realization.
• Develop executive briefings and reporting for management committee and board discussions.
