Job summary

K&L Gates seeks a Director of Digital & Technology Strategy & Execution to lead the Firm's technology delivery engine. Reporting to the CDTO, you will oversee the PMO and BRM teams, translate strategy into execution, and ensure prioritized initiatives align with the firm's objectives.

You will drive planning cadences, governance, and KPI reporting while shaping the operating model and ensuring value realization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in technology strategy, delivery, or operations leadership.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams in a chief-of-staff/PMO context.
• Experience translating executive strategy into delivered outcomes.
• Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP/PgMP/PfMP or BRMP/ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the CDTO's strategic priorities from decision to completion.
• Translate strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps into coordinated plans with owners and milestones.
• Provide leadership to PMO and BRM teams; govern delivery methodologies.
• Own the technology portfolio end to end: intake, prioritization, resourcing, benefits realization.
• Establish portfolio reporting across scope, schedule, budget, risk and value.
• Define KPIs and operational metrics; drive governance forums and cadence.
