Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Strategy to lead owned digital experiences and DTC growth, including Shopify operations for Dyla Brands.

You will align brand priorities with consumer needs, technology, and data to optimize content, SEO and AI-enabled discovery, experimentation, and analytics. Collaboration across functions will drive a prioritized digital roadmap and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across digital strategy, eCommerce, digital product, website operations, SEO, conversion optimization, or digital analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, information architecture, structured data, crawlability, and performance measurement.
• Experience designing and governing A/B or multivariate testing programs and applying results to decisions.
• Proven ownership of a digital roadmap with measurable outcomes across consumer websites or DTC platforms.
• Ability to lead agencies/vendors and manage budgets with accountability for quality and impact.

Responsabilités

• Set the digital strategy and roadmap for brand websites and Dyla Brands, translating priorities into KPIs and milestones.
• Lead enterprise SEO and AEO strategy across owned properties and Digital Shelf with cross-functional partners.
• Develop content strategy to improve AI-enabled discovery and ensure accurate brand representation.
• Lead Shopify strategy and eCommerce performance for Dyla, establishing core KPIs and partnerships.
• Oversee Shopify eCommerce operations, merchandising, site experience, and optimization efforts.
• Build an experimentation program using A/B and multivariate testing with clear hypotheses and decisions.
• Create analytics models and dashboards, with recurring performance reviews and executive reporting.
• Communicate performance and recommendations to senior leaders with concise, executive-ready reports.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing digital strategy team.
