Keurig Dr Pepper in Massachusetts is seeking a Product Manager, Data to own how data moves through our commerce ecosystem: from collection at customer touchpoints to activation in personalization, CRM, and analytics.

You will influence architecture and investment decisions, partnering with engineering, data science, marketing, and customer experience to shape a multi-year data roadmap aligned to our Coffee Operating Unit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, with significant time on data products.
• Track record owning data/personalization strategy, not just executing a roadmap.
• Direct experience with ecommerce or DTC subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure (CDPs, data pipelines, event tracking) and architecture tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable product hypotheses and a defensible data strategy.

Responsabilités

• Define the data strategy and ownership for commerce and customer behavior.
• Own the flow of data across systems, from collection at touchpoints to activation in personalization and analytics.
• Set alignment across leadership on a multi-year data and personalization vision and translate it into a roadmap.
• Define how insights flow back into the product roadmap so data drives decisions.
