Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. You will shape the technology product strategy, lead a cross-functional team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers, and drive performance in Medicare Stars and value-based care programs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Track Record: Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to align health maintenance topics with updated guidelines and training materials.
- Lead end-to-end strategy for Stars across Part C & D measures and ensure payer data is integrated into the core care delivery platform.
- Serve as strategic thought partner for CVS HCD business stakeholders on care model strategy.
- Drive cross-functional technology teams to enable care model strategy and execution.
- Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to link technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
