Novartis Group of Companies seeks a Director, Marketing Innovation to turn bold ideas into evidence that guides future initiatives. You will lead from problem framing through rapid experimentation, collaborating with Brand, Medical, Legal, Data, and Agency partners, applying AI judgment to generative AI, personalization, and emerging experiences.

The role is based in East Hanover, NJ, with up to 10% travel. Local candidates only; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping prototypes and evaluating feasibility.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing is preferred.
• Proven ability to design experiments and measure outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of innovation concepts from framing to evidence-based scaling.
• Frame hypotheses, learning agendas, test designs, and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Medical, Legal, Data, technology and agencies.
• Build and test prototypes with risk guardrails before live experiments.
• Apply AI and technical judgment to generative AI, personalization, automation, and new experiences.
• Evaluate feasibility, scalability, costs, and maintenance with tech partners.
• Translate signals into well-framed innovation opportunities and testable concepts.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and present to senior stakeholders.
• Transition validated concepts to Transformation and Product with business cases and plans.
• Strengthen experimentation capabilities by sharing learnings and coaching teams.
