Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Director-level professional in East Hanover, NJ (hybrid) to lead Advanced Analytics & Modeling efforts for the US Insights & Analytics organization. The role focuses on identifying growth drivers, market archetypes, and actionable insights that translate into strategic actions across brands and geographies.

You will mentor analytics talent, ensure rigorous, scalable methods, and collaborate with executives to shape enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics or related quantitative field.
• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience applying analytics to explain business performance.
• Experience with launch, customer, market analytics preferred.
• Experience leading analytics programs end-to-end.
• Experience mentoring analytics professionals and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Key Drivers & Actions analytics capability across launch and in-market priorities.
• Design and oversee advanced analyses that identify primary factors driving growth and performance gaps.
• Develop archetypes and diagnostics across brands, markets, accounts and geographies.
• Translate analytical findings into prioritized actions and differentiated playbooks for business functions.
• Ensure analytics addresses enterprise performance broadly beyond field execution.
• Support launch strategy by identifying drivers, barriers and market archetypes.
• Apply scenario-based analytics to clarify actions that improve outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to connect driver insights with practical decisions and measurable actions.
• Develop and mentor analytics talent and evolve enterprise capabilities.
