Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience across multiple channels.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams.
• Proven track record developing integrated digital marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Deep expertise in email marketing, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong knowledge of organic social media, content strategy, and audience growth.
• Solid understanding of SEO/AEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel planning and orchestration for integrated campaigns.
• Own email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and lifecycle journeys.
• Develop and manage organic social media strategies and governance.
• Drive SEO/AEO strategy, content collaboration, and on-page optimization.
• Pilot emerging channels and innovative tactics; test and scale successful ideas.
• Drive performance optimization and CRO with analytics and testing roadmaps.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
