Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital growth.
• 3+ years leading performance marketing teams.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets across multiple channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in health, wellness, diagnostics, or related consumer categories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own paid digital programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other channels.
• Develop strategies for audience architecture, creative testing, bidding, budgeting, and optimization.
• Set ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion goals with measurable outcomes.
• Audit accounts to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for scale.
• Lead SEO and AI-driven organic search initiatives.
• Partner with Creative, eCommerce, Product Marketing, Analytics and Leadership to align acquisition with revenue goals.
