• Requires a strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare as normally obtained through a bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of healthcare planning and/or process management and operations experience are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and manage complex strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Directs strategic planning processes including goals, service line strategies, and capital plans.
• Builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and guides new ventures.
• Provides strategic advisement to senior leaders using market and financial analyses.
• Leads development of analytical models, due diligence, and performance metrics.
• Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously with executive coordination.
