Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead the deployment function for a major enterprise client. You will manage a distributed team across U.S. and nearshore/offshore partners, translating strategy into flawless, scalable programmatic campaigns.

Your role combines hands-on expertise with strong people leadership and governance. You will drive deployment excellence, establish scalable workflows, and advance AI-enabled processes to improve quality, speed, and collaboration

Qualifications

5–7 years of programmatic media experience in an agency environment with enterprise clients.
Advanced proficiency across leading programmatic platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads.
Deep expertise in campaign architecture, account structure development, deployment, QA, and optimization.
Proven experience leading and developing teams with coaching and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Managers and Associates across U.S.-based, nearshore, and offshore teams.
Partner with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops to translate strategy into execution and optimizations.
Oversee deployment lifecycle: build, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, post-launch validation.
Develop scalable campaign architecture and account structures.
Act as senior escalation point for deployment challenges and risks.
