Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Director E&E, Delivery to lead client programs and manage a diverse portfolio of creative projects. You will guide strategy, oversee design, development, and deployment, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects within dynamic client environments.

You will mentor and grow a team of project managers, coach on best practices, and drive standardized processes and tools across the delivery function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in advertising, creative agencies, production studios, or related environment.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 7+ years experience managing an internal team and direct reports.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and execute various types of creative projects for clients to maximize objective achievement and profitability.
• Establish the creative operating model, communication, plan and tools for the program.
• Directly manage creative project management team members with mentorship and career development.
• Coach team members on best practices and partner to solve client challenges.
• Lead development and implementation of standardized creative processes and tools across the Delivery team.
• Provide daily internal and client-facing status updates for engagements.
