DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead deployment for a major enterprise client. You will manage a distributed team across U.S.

and nearshore partners, translate strategy into scalable campaigns, and drive operational standards from build to post‑launch validation. You will mentor Managers and Associates, optimize workflows with AI tools, collaborate with Strategy, Ad Ops, Data Science, and Planning, and champion DEPT® values while delivering high‑quality, measurable

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programmatic media experience within an agency environment, including enterprise clients.
• Advanced proficiency across leading programmatic platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads).
• Deep expertise in campaign architecture, account structure, deployment, QA, trafficking, launch management, optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team across U.S., nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Translate strategy into execution with accurate and efficient optimizations.
• Own deployment lifecycle from build to post-launch validation for campaigns.
• Develop scalable deployment frameworks to support performance and reporting.
• Escalate deployment challenges and maintain governance and QA standards.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows.
• Lead internal project management and create deployment roadmaps and checklists.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops, Data Science & Analytics, and other media teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Promote DEPT®'s values and foster an inclusive environment.
