Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Director E&E, Delivery to lead and mentor a client-focused program management team, driving large-scale web and software projects from research through deployment. You will manage multiple projects, coach staff, and ensure profitable delivery while building strong client relationships.

The role requires deep experience in creative production environments, mastery of PM tools, and the ability to align big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in advertising/creative agencies or related fields.
• 5+ years in program management.
• 7+ years leading internal teams and direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management.
• Experience merging project artifacts into a program-scale artifact set.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with varied skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools: Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira.
• Excellent scheduling and multi-project management.
• Budgeting and profitability awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and execute various types of creative projects for clients to maximize objectives.
• Establish the creative operating model, communication, plan and tools for successful delivery.
• Directly manage the creative project management team with mentorship and career development.
• Coach team on best practices and partner to solve client challenges.
• Lead development and implementation of standardized processes and tools across Delivery.
• Oversee and deliver daily internal and client-facing status updates.
• Balance strategic and operational thinking with attention to detail and execution.
• Serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams for clear communication.
• Make resourcing recommendations and monitor bandwidth and delivery health.
• Join client and internal meetings to identify evolving needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate tasks supporting project execution and delivery.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders on progress, milestones and health.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and risks to ensure quality delivery.
• Contribute to business development with scope and resource estimates.
• Support change management across shifting project needs.
• Minimal travel may be required to client sites.
