Job summary

DEPT® in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead deployment for a major enterprise client. You will manage a distributed team of Managers and Associates across US-based, nearshore, and offshore groups, driving precise execution and scalable processes.

You will partner with Strategy/Performance, Ad Ops, and Delivery to translate strategy into campaigns, own deployment lifecycle, governance, and QA, and spearhead AI-enabled improvements to speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programmatic media experience within an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency across leading programmatic platforms including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Google Ads.
• Deep expertise in campaign architecture, account structure development, media deployment, QA, and launch management.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Experience managing complex deployment workflows across multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Associates across U.S.-based, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Partner with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops to translate strategy into execution and ensure optimizations are applied.
• Own deployment lifecycle across campaigns: build, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, post-launch validation.
• Lead campaign architecture and scalable account structure development for performance and reporting.
• Serve as senior escalation point for deployment challenges and governance across the account.
• Identify and operationalize AI-powered solutions to streamline deployment and workflows.
• Develop deployment roadmaps, calendars, checklists, and documentation for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to boost velocity and quality.
