Job summary

RSLI seeks a senior technical and delivery authority to guide a complex portfolio of customer-facing digital capabilities, including web and mobile experiences, portals, onboarding, APIs, and integrations. You will shape long-term roadmaps, evaluate major technical investments, and mentor architects and leads, influencing executives and production health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, digital product development, or technology delivery.
• Experience gained through education, training, certifications, and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical and delivery authority for the digital portfolio.
• Translate business and product direction into technically sound delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes with Product.
• Design, review, and validate the most complex digital solutions and troubleshoot cross-platform problems.
• Solve novel technical and delivery problems and convert successful approaches into reusable guidance.
• Provide direction across architects, leads, matrixed contributors, and vendor teams without formal people-management accountability.
• Evaluate major platform, vendor, sourcing, investment, sequencing, scope, and risk and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
• Shape digital engineering and delivery practices for secure development, Agile delivery, automation, and observability.
• Set direction for responsible use of AI-assisted engineering with governance and security.
• Partner with various stakeholders to align technical approaches and remove delivery barriers.
• Advise on partner and vendor strategy, SOWs, and service expectations; identify gaps and recommend actions.
