Job summary

The SSI Group seeks a Director of Digital Enablement to bridge strategy, operations, and technology across a multi-office environment. You will guide digital investments, lead the technology team, and partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Reporting to the President and CEO, you will translate client needs into practical AI-enabled and BIM-driven capabilities, driving measurable outcomes and sustainable innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing external vendors and IT service providers.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience in professional services or multi-office organizations.
• Familiarity with BIM, workflow digitization, collaboration tools, and AI for delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction, execution, and governance of the firm’s digital and technology capabilities.
• Translate business and client needs into scalable digital opportunities and outcomes.
• Lead the technology team and external service providers, aligning capabilities with strategic priorities.
• Foster trust and collaboration across senior leaders, operations, and technology teams.
• Ensure investments are tied to measurable outcomes and business value.
• Drive change management and adoption to maximize technology impact.
