Group 1001, including its Gainbridge subsidiary, seeks a senior compliance leader to design and oversee the direct-to-consumer annuity compliance framework. You will partner with product, operations, marketing, engineering, and design teams to ensure compliant digital journeys and disclosures while enabling efficient customer experiences.

The role requires shaping regulatory guidance for new products, leading change across channels, and delivering targeted training to raise compliance fluency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compliance experience in life and annuity, with direct-to-consumer or digital distribution preferred.
• Deep knowledge of state insurance laws, NAIC models, advertising standards, consumer protection, and electronic delivery.
• Experience providing strategic guidance for product development and digital distribution.
• Experience reviewing marketing/advertising for annuities across channels for compliance.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical risk-based guidance and solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the compliance framework for the direct-to-consumer annuity platform.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Technology to review digital journeys and disclosures for compliance.
• Serve as the compliance lead for new product development and market launch.
• Build scalable review workflows, checklists, and self-service tools for fast, compliant execution.
• Lead regulatory change management and implement required enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training to raise compliance fluency across the organization.
• Contribute to Group 1001 Life and Annuity compliance program enterprise-wide.
