Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Senior Marketing Director for our annuity products, overseeing strategy and end-to-end campaigns to meet sales goals. This role collaborates with sales, product management, digital marketing and outside agencies to develop data-driven campaigns with compliant content.

You will lead content creation, analytics-driven segmentation, and editorial reviews while ensuring timely, effective communications across channels in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional marketing experience; experience marketing annuities required.
• Knowledge of annuity products and a solid understanding of financial services.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated success in project management across multiple channels.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for annuity products across channels.
• Collaborate with sales and product management to drive promotions.
• Create clear, plain-English customer and advisor content with disclosures.
• Lead digital tools development for annuity evaluation and sales.
• Manage marketing materials inventory and access for wholesalers and agents.
• Oversee marketing budget related to product line.
• Provide direction to creative partners for campaigns.
