Job summary

Gainbridge is seeking a Compliance Lead to design and oversee the compliance framework for its direct-to-consumer annuity platform, ensuring adherence to state insurance laws, NAIC model regulations, FINRA/SEC requirements, and privacy standards.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to review digital customer journeys, disclosures, and sales processes, balancing compliance with a fast, customer-friendly experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compliance experience within life and annuity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of fixed/fixed index annuities, advertising standards, and electronic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and oversight of the compliance framework for direct-to-consumer annuities.
• Partner with product, operations, marketing, engineering, and design to review digital journeys and disclosures.
• Manage regulatory change and develop training to raise compliance fluency across the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance on product development, distribution, and market launch with regulatory alignment.
