Job summary

Group 1001 seeks a seasoned compliance professional to lead the direct-to-consumer annuity compliance program. You will balance regulatory requirements with customer experience while partnering across product, marketing and technology teams.

You will build scalable review workflows, assess evolving regulations, and deliver training to raise company-wide compliance fluency. This role sits within Gainbridge’s growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compliance experience within life and annuity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep working knowledge of state insurance laws, NAIC model laws, advertising standards and electronic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and oversight of the compliance framework for the direct-to-consumer annuity platform.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Technology to review digital customer journeys and disclosures.
• Serve as compliance lead for new product development initiatives and market launches.
