Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional marketing experience; experience marketing annuities required.
• Knowledge of annuity products and financial services industry.
• Highly self-directed with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focusing on annuity products (RILA, Indexed, Variable and Fixed) using data analytics to segment, target and measure.
• Collaborate with sales and product management to implement marketing, communications, and product promotions.
• Write and edit customer and advisor facing content with plain English, across digital and print media.
• Lead development of digital tools and value-add calculators for the annuity sales process.
• Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure access for wholesalers and agents.
• Oversee marketing budget related to the product line.
• Guide creative partners in development and execution of marketing materials.
