Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations across 30+ digital products. You will drive vulnerability remediation, automation, and resilience while managing 6–8 direct reports in a complex hybrid/on‑prem and cloud environment.

You will own SLA/SLO/SLI definitions, partner with BISO, and coordinate sunsetting of legacy apps, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and incident reduction.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in IT/Applications Operations or equivalent
Experience leading an operations/reliability team (3+ years)
Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and security controls (BISO, CMMC)
Experience with on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and incident response

Responsibilities

Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the portfolio.
Drive automation backlog and set infrastructure-as-code standards.
Define and report on SLA/SLO/SLI and track vendor SLAs.
Lead blameless post-mortems and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee legacy sunsetting and lifecycle management with TPMs.
