Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years in Application Operations and IT
• U.S. work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects
• Manage remediation backlog with owners and deadlines
• Lead on-call rotations and disaster recovery planning
• Drive automation to reduce manual operational work
• Set and report on SLA/SLO/SLI and post-mortems
