• 10–15+ years in construction with business development focus.
• Experience in mission critical, data center, or complex markets.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop relationships with data center end users, customers, and design teams.
• Manage opportunities through sales, preconstruction, and turnover.
• Support pipeline management, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead design-build and design-assist pursuits with clear scope and assumptions.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction for competitive solutions.
• Ensure project turnover aligns with client needs and continuity.
