You will identify opportunities, cultivate strategic client relationships, and guide preconstruction and operations teams through pursuit to execution.

The role develops the market strategy, connects clients with design teams, and collaborates across regional operations to secure new work and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15+ years in construction with BD focus.
• Experience in mission critical, data center, or complex construction markets.
