About Us:

All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to improving the quality of life for older adults across Los Angeles County. We provide medical care, in‑home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.

Role Overview:

As Director of Development, you will lead the strategic fundraising function — overseeing major gifts, grants, planned giving, annual giving, and donor events. You will manage the Grant Writer and Development Manager, set revenue targets, and serve as a key external face of the organization with major donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team including Grant Writer, Fundraising Manager, and Marketing Coordinator
  • Develop and execute multi‑year development strategy with annual revenue targets
  • Personally cultivate and steward top 20–30 major donors and prospects
  • Lead planned‑giving program and major‑gift solicitations ($25K+)
  • Partner with CEO and Board on strategic fundraising initiatives
  • Report fundraising metrics, donor demographics, and outcomes to leadership and Board
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years progressive fundraising experience with documented revenue results
  • 3+ years managing development staff
  • Strong major‑gifts cultivation track record (gifts of $25K+)
  • Bachelor's in nonprofit management, communications, or related; CFRE certification preferred
  • Experience with healthcare or aging‑services fundraising a plus
