All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Los Angeles County, seeking a Director of Development to lead strategic fundraising across major gifts, grants, annual giving, and donor events. You will manage the Grant Writer and Development Manager, set revenue targets with the CEO and Board, and serve as the organization’s external face to major donors.

• 7+ years progressive fundraising experience with documented revenue results.
• 3+ years managing development staff.
• Strong major-gifts cultivation track record (gifts of $25K+)
• Bachelor’s in nonprofit management, communications, or related; CFRE certification preferred.
• Experience with healthcare or aging-services fundraising a plus.

Role Overview

As Director of Development, you will lead the strategic fundraising function — overseeing major gifts, grants, planned giving, annual giving, and donor events.
