Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the team responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customer environments and deeply integrating it with clients’ ecosystems.

You will own the engineering strategy for deployments across hyperscalers, private cloud, on-premise, and complex enterprise environments, collaborating with Product and GTM to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems, with leadership of global teams.
• Experience leading deployments of complex software, AI/ML systems, or infrastructure into enterprise environments.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments across public cloud, private cloud, and customer-controlled environments.
• Own engineering strategy for integrating TwelveLabs into customers’ ecosystems.
• Establish standards and tooling to make deployments predictable and self-service.
• Build scalable deployment patterns and developer experiences for engineers.
