Job summary

TwelveLabs, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the team that delivers deployments and deep integrations for customers and partners. You will own strategy and execution across hyperscalers, private clouds, and on-prem environments.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable capabilities, build repeatable deployment patterns, and ensure security and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems experience, with leadership of global teams.
• Experience deploying complex software or AI/ML systems into enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infra, networking, containers, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on deployment lifecycle ownership from versioning to post-deployment operations.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments for customer and partner environments across public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises.
• Build scalable integration patterns across enterprise apps, data platforms, and IAM systems.
• Lead automation, CI/CD, and observability to enable fast, reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to embed deployment needs into architecture.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver secure, reliable deployments at scale.
