Job summary

TwelveLabs is a global AI company delivering multimodal video solutions. We are seeking a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead engineering for deploying TwelveLabs tech into customer environments and integrating with their ecosystems.

You will own deployment strategy across hyperscalers, private cloud, and on-premises, collaborating with Engineering and GTM to turn complex requirements into scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, infra, or distributed systems.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud, containers, networking, and production ops.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads into enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment & integrations engineering for customer environments.
• Own engineering strategy for deployments across clouds and on-premises.
• Build scalable integration patterns across enterprise apps and data platforms.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to turn requirements into platform capabilities.
• Define standards and tooling for repeatable deployments.
