Job summary

Twelve Labs is seeking a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the team responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customers' environments and integrating it with their existing ecosystems.

You will own the engineering strategy for deployments across hyperscalers, private cloud, on‑premise, and other enterprise environments. Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and scalable, secure deployment patterns with cross‑functional partners to accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems with leadership experience.
• Experience deploying complex software or AI/ML systems into enterprise environments.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, containers, networking, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments across diverse environments including public cloud, private cloud, and on‑premise.
• Own engineering strategy for integrating TwelveLabs into customer ecosystems.
• Define standards, tooling, and playbooks for repeatable deployments.
• Build scalable deployment patterns and improve internal developer experience.
• Partner with product/engineering to align deployment needs with roadmap.
• Recruit and lead a world-class Deployment & Integrations Engineering team.
