Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily delivery operations and staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Manage budget, labor hours, fuel, and route costs within approved plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and accurate electronic logs.
• Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction and route performance; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to resolve customer delivery issues.
