Counterpart Health is seeking a Director of Engineering, Data Products to own the data products roadmap, canonical data modeling, and ingestion scalability for our AI-enabled healthcare platform.

You will lead scalable clinical data pipelines, drive AI-assisted SDLC adoption, ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and build a high‑performance, cross‑functional engineering organization that delivers trustworthy data for patient care.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of engineering experience with high-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling engineering teams handling data-heavy workloads.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Own the Data Products technical roadmap, canonical data modeling, and ingestion scalability.
• Manage and optimize the clinical data ingestion pipeline.
• Oversee scaling of customer data onboarding and data hygiene, canonical storage standards, and observability of pipelines.
• Enable shared funnel visibility and contribute to enterprise reporting framework.
• Drive AI-powered SDLC adoption while maintaining code quality and security.
