CardioOne is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead an engineering organization building scalable, secure, AI-enabled healthcare technology that improves clinical and operational outcomes.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer, manage Infrastructure, Security, Data, and product integrations, and work remotely with a hands-on strategic leadership approach to develop high-performing teams and modern platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in healthcare informatics, CS, or business administration.
• 15+ years of leadership of engineering teams, including scaling modern software platforms and delivering enterprise-grade products in regulated or data-intensive environments.
• Extensive experience in healthcare IT with a proven track record in full-stack technical leadership roles.
• Experience in full-stack development, including Java, MS SQL, ReactJS, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of interoperability and data security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management practices.

Responsabilités

• Set technology strategy and architecture for scalable, secure, AI-enabled healthcare IT solutions that address evolving customer needs and improve clinical and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business development, product management, design, and other teams to prioritize and deliver features.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality, secure, reliable products and improved engineering velocity.
• Develop and manage budgets for healthcare engineering projects and optimize resource allocation.
