You will collaborate with operators, clinicians, product managers, and other engineers to own from problem framing through delivery, with emphasis on scalability, tests, and documentation. A passion for applying AI in healthcare is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience with proficiency in one or more languages, and familiarity with databases and web frontend technology.
• Experience building systems with AI agents as partners.
• Ability to build and refactor complex distributed systems.
• Care about outcomes and business impact behind what you build.
