Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Center of Excellence, acting as the bridge between current valuation processes and the platform you help shape. You will capture data across initial client engagements, translate and structure information, and collaborate with Product to test operational requirements.

You will leverage deep valuation workflow knowledge to design and improve capture processes, read credit agreements and financial statements, and contribute to establishing robust

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in private credit, valuation, or financial analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret credit agreements and financial statements with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Capture and structure data across client engagements to a common standard with lineage to source documents.
• Define and pressure-test operational requirements of the platform with the Product Manager.
• Bring deep understanding of valuation workflows to the capture process design.
• Read and interpret credit agreements and financial statements and translate to structured data.
• Help establish standards, controls, and playbooks for the Center of Excellence as it scales.
• Understand how valuations are built, reviewed, and delivered.
