Kroll is seeking a Product Manager for their Real Estate Advisory Group in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will oversee the development of a benchmarking capability that aggregates valuation data to provide analytics across commercial real estate portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product management experience, particularly in data products and analytics, with strong knowledge of commercial real estate valuation. This is an exciting opportunity to impact a substantial portfolio valued at $20–30 billion per quarter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years on data products.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate valuation such as cap rates.
• Familiarity with the GP/LP ecosystem in institutional real estate.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the REAG Benchmarking Platform.
• Define and manage data source integration across systems.
• Run the quarterly production cycle and ensure on-time delivery.
