Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Director of Data Intelligence & Analytics to architect and lead the company’s data strategy. You will own the full lifecycle of data infrastructure—from legacy migrations to building a modern data warehouse and translating data into actionable business intelligence across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI.
• 5+ years coding in Python in production.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake cloud stack.
• Knowledge of ML models and statistical analysis.
• Experience with ML frameworks like Jupyter, scikit-learn, XGBoost, ARIMA.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Data & Analytics team across engineers, analysts, and BI developers.
• Standardize KPIs and metrics across the company.
• Create and manage a scalable data warehouse and oversee migrations.
• Ensure continuity of reports during platform migration.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to surface predictive insights and shape an AI roadmap.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve target metrics.
• Establish data governance and data quality initiatives.
