Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an SVP of Product for Data Platforms and AI to lead the strategy and evolution of its enterprise data platform, analytics ecosystem, and AI/ML product portfolio. This executive role partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, governed data and AI solutions in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years leading product organizations at VP or SVP level.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data platform, analytics, or AI/ML product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for enterprise data platforms, BI and analytics capabilities, and AI/ML products
• Lead product strategy across data warehouses, data lakes, semantic layers, ingestion pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms
• Drive self-service analytics, executive reporting, embedded analytics, and decision-support capabilities across the organization
• Own the AI/ML product portfolio, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, retrieval systems, generative AI experiences
• Evaluate and prioritize existing initiatives, platform investments, and product opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Design, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders
• Ensure enterprise standards for governance, reliability, auditability, and AI oversight are embedded across products and platforms
• Define and monitor KPIs related to platform adoption, analytics usage, AI/ML effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business impact
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing product organizations
• Communicate strategic priorities, roadmap progress, and business outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders
