Second Front Systems is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead and build a centralized function from the ground up. This role involves architecting data processes and business intelligence infrastructure, designed to enhance decision-making and reporting efficiency.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will navigate both strategy and execution, establishing governance and developing a high-performing analytics team to support organizational growth and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including 3+ years leading a function.
• Experience building analytics capability from scratch.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Architect the company’s data warehouse and BI infrastructure.
• Establish governance and definitions for company KPIs.
• Build automated, recurring dashboards for executives.
