Opiniion Lehi, UT seeks a Director of Customer Enablement to lead onboarding, training, support, and review operations. You’ll scale an onsite and offshore team, define ownership across cross-functional workflows, and build robust processes to improve customer outcomes.

You will oversees hiring, performance management, and onboarding, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to elevate the entire customer journey and deliver measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership across customer enablement, onboarding, training, support or related service operations.
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing teams across multiple functions.
• Strong operational rigor with SOPs, QA programs, scorecards, SLAs and escalation frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed, remote, or offshore staff across time zones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Lead onboarding, training, customer support, and review operations across a growing organization.
• Define org structure for scale and build leadership bench strength.
• Own hiring, role definitions, interview design, and onboarding.
• Create a robust performance management system with scorecards and coaching cadence.
• Design and optimize SOPs, playbooks, QA programs, escalation paths, and service standards.
• Forecast staffing and capacity across on-site and offshore teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering to improve the customer experience.
• Drive AI-enabled service delivery and workflow improvements.
