Job summary

You will engage executives at key institutions, oversee faculty contracts, and shape offerings with digital products like HMX and HealthXcelerate to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience in executive/professional education or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success managing complex educational programs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term business and growth strategies for the portfolio.
• Direct portfolio design, pedagogy, delivery strategy, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Translate client needs into high-quality learning experiences with defined outcomes.
• Lead program refinement using learner feedback, outcomes, and market insights.
• Provide strategic consultation on integrating digital products into programming.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team with a culture of excellence.
• Oversee faculty contracts, compensation, and streamline contracting processes.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and external partners throughout the lifecycle.
