Job summary

Columbia Business School seeks an Executive Director of Custom Executive Education to lead CBS’s bespoke programs globally. You will drive revenue growth, steward key clients, and ensure program quality, reporting to the Vice Dean of Executive Education.

You will lead a mid-sized team, balance commercial rigor with academic excellence, and expand both domestic and international markets in a fast-evolving field of executive learning.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of progressive experience in executive education, professional services, consulting, or related field.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and senior-level client stewardship.
• Strong leadership and team development skills in a performance-driven environment.
• Deep familiarity with executive education market trends and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Owns revenue targets for CBS Custom Executive Education and drives growth domestically and internationally.
• Leads business development, builds proposals, and closes senior-level engagements.
• Oversees design and delivery of custom programs with academic rigor and client outcomes.
• Manages contracts, pricing, and financial planning for the portfolio.
• Partner with marketing and operations to position CBS externally and protect brand.
• Supports strategic leadership and multi-year planning for the portfolio.
