Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Director of Culinary Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of the culinary program and ensure compliance with regulations. You will lead a team, drive recruitment and retention, and manage budgeting and accounting functions.

The ideal candidate has a culinary or related degree and leadership experience in a large-scale or healthcare-food service environment; ServeSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business, or Nutrition.
• ServeSafe Certification (preferred).
• Minimum of five years’ leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Responsabilités
