Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. seeks a Director of Culinary Services to lead the day-to-day culinary program across our senior living communities and ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. The director will foster teamwork, pride, and a winning attitude in dining services.

The role includes driving recruitment, retention, budgeting, and accounting functions to support high-quality resident meals and a culture of Loving-Kindness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business, or Nutrition.
• ServeSafe Certification (preferred).
• Minimum of five years’ leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the culinary program.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Drive recruitment and retention within the department; manage budgeting and accounting.
