ADP is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead end-to-end process improvement efforts, develop metrics, and drive data-informed decisions across multiple business units. You will champion change, partner with stakeholders, and shape transformation initiatives in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.

The role emphasizes consulting-style delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable impact on process performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to break down problems and quickly find solutions.
• Experience in business analysis and creating reports for senior leaders.
• Experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and storytelling to convey findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Gather insights and ask probing questions to understand the business process.
• Develop metrics to measure process performance and identify root causes.
• Serve as liaison across departments to identify quick wins and long-term solutions.
• Articulate problems, analyze data, summarize findings and recommendations.
• Map processes in detail using a process mapping tool (MS Visio).
• Build simple business cases with ROI considerations.
• Run meetings with clear agendas and manage scope to avoid groupthink.
• Resolve conflicts and drive outcomes across teams.
