Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement & Quality in Dallas, TX. The role leads strategic CI initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a luxury furniture context.

The position requires 8+ years in operations and 5+ years in leadership, with Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001 expertise. You will mentor teams, oversee QMS, and drive cross-functional improvements across engineering, production, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in operations management; 5+ years in a leadership or director role in luxury furniture/high-end manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing with emphasis on quality and luxury craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PM tools, ERP systems, and manufacturing software.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis expertise.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CI strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Oversee QMS compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve reliability.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Manage audits and drive audit readiness improvements.
• Drive supplier quality programs to meet standards.
• Lead CI initiatives across manufacturing and logistics to optimize workflows.
• Define KPIs for furniture manufacturing such as yield and lead time.
• Lead changes to adopt new processes, tools, or technologies.
