Job summary

You will train and develop talent, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll operations, retirement services, or related domains.
• 5+ years leading teams and developing leaders.
• Experience managing client-facing service and operations.
• Proven record leading large-scale business transformation or implementation.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead in cross-functional/matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis including requirements gathering, evaluation, design, testing, validation, implementation and training.
• Partner with Product and Technology to define scalable solutions aligned with objectives.
• Provide SME on payroll integrations, processes, data flows, and system capabilities.
• Evaluate enhancements ensuring alignment with objectives and client needs.
• Guide teams through complex problem-solving with analytical/technical expertise.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Champion tech-enabled solutions delivering long-term business value.
• Represent the organization in cross-functional initiatives and executive discussions.
• Support payroll operations and staff readiness for scalable solutions.
• Align priorities with Retirement Services, Payroll, Product, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and Ops.
• Offer process improvement recommendations in cross-functional settings.
